Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing

International Customers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ariat Shop purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All original tags must be attached
    • Must include original packaging
    • Proof of purchase required

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on graphic tees that have been tried on without a protective layer underneath. All other products (denim, pants, shirts) are eligible for returns if they meet our conditions.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return/exchange request using our template below
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our return center:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
  • Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Your preferred size/color (subject to availability)

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the original item was defective.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using the same carrier that delivered your order (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
