Howdy partner! At Ariat Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium western wear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your denim, graphic tees, pants, or shirts, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on graphic tees that have been tried on without a protective layer underneath. All other products (denim, pants, shirts) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our return center at: Ariat Shop Returns

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Defective/Damaged Items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, and include a note specifying:
- The item you’d like to exchange for
- Your preferred size/color (subject to availability)
We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the original item was defective.

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using the same carrier that delivered your order (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
